what happens when you stop using? does fat return

Yes, you can apply it anywhere you want fat to burn. (Arms, legs, thighs, stomach) best when used with wraps although my favorite it the stomach wrap. I find it hard to workout with the arm and thigh wraps.

Does it work without the belt?

Yes it does. Sometimes I forget my belt at the house but I still apply the ointment and within 15 minutes of my workout I am sweating more than I would if I didn't use sweet sweat . I like to use it in the steam room or sauna as well.
