Enjoy the Sequence of Compression and Heat!
I used this leg massager during immunotherapy. My legs swelled so bad my knees, calves and ankles were thick and painful. I was able to choose the massage sequence and heat to move up from my ankles then calves, knees and thighs. After compressing each area, heat soothed and relieved pain. I was able to restore bending of my joints. Occasionally I need to use the massager when swelling returns.

Challenging to Put On, But Worth The Effort
First, this item works as advertised...almost. I have pain in both knees, mostly caused by my weight but also due to tightness in my hamstrings and IT band. It's advertised to work on the knees, but the massage pressure is only applied to the feet, calf, and upper leg. I like that this device is powered by electric and does not require charging after twenty minutes of use. I can put the device on and leave it on for hours when I watch a movie. The heat and pressure can be directed toward any region or it can work top to bottom or vice versa. The heat has two settings, hot or warm. The massage feature has three settings for pressure. The downside is, the unit is HUGE and in no way will fit in the storage bag that comes with it unless you have a vacuum bag, then maybe. The bigger problem is it is terribly difficult to get into if you do not have someone to help you OR you have carpet or a fabric chair. The velcro straps are very strong but adhere to anything it can grasp. The first time I put it on, it took me about 10 minutes per leg. I have cut that time in half by using it repeatedly and figuring out the best way to do it. My only other complaint, the cord for the controller is long enough for the power supply, but the cables and tubes that run to the assembly are just a bit too short to allow the controller to sit on a nearby table, so either dangle or falls to the floor. So for the price of a couple of massages, this is not a terrible buy.

Incredible relief for tired legs
I was expecting to be disappointed, because these look a little bit ridiculous. They are also kind of heavy and cumbersome, but I stopped caring about all of that after the first use. I've had an ankle injury for almost a year, and the compression kinda hurt .... not too bad, but enough to feel uncomfortable. Afterwards my legs felt better than they have in years. I'm not exaggerating. I workout a lot, and I stand all day working. My legs ALWAYS hurt. These brought immediate relief and my ankle injury has gotten a lot better since using this compression product.

Horrible Design not user friendly
The remote is too short. It has a clip on the back but it only goes to your waste and gets hot to the touch. The electric cord comes out at the thought of wind. The remote is several pounds. It has letters and numbers so you have to keep the book handy to know what setting you want. Unless you memorize all 12 plus. It’s too noisy to sleep while wearing or nap. It takes two people to pull apart the Velcro. If you get it too tight it takes two other people to pull apart. Too loose you have to completely re Velcro. The feet don’t stay tight and bust open once you turn it on. But the remote is the worse part u less you like two pounds of hot to the touch A loud vibrating mess that loses power at the touch and becomes unplugged and the cord drops.

It is very well made and works great!
I just got my Thrive Pro leg massager from Lifepro fitness! It was heavier than I expected and it is a very solid machine. It took me a few minutes to get it on but the velcro is nice quality and though it takes some muscle to pull it apart. I am still impressed!! I just finished my first 20 minute massage it was pleasant. Everything worked as it should. I have seen reviews in here that complained about no heat, the heat and compression both work well. If you have ever had the compression machine on your legs at a hospital then you have an idea of what this is like. It fills up with air and compresses your legs and feet. I can see this would be a great machine to have after any leg surgery if nothing else to prevent blood clots. I am excited to see what results I will get from using it regularly! D Sutherland

Huge!
I have to laugh at the petite female model in the ad pictures for this product. ARE THEY KIDDING? I'm no sylph. I'm in pretty good shape. Fairly average 5'6''-ish female type....at the risk of TMI,19" thigh, 14" calf... and I can practically wrap these around my calf twice. The instructions say to "wrap tightly". HAH! With barely enough velcro catching to hold them together, I can still slip the calf and foot on and off without taking it apart. I undo the thigh section only because it's too stiff to get them on and off otherwise. I honestly thought the measurements listed included extensions, which other models have. If it weren't for the fact that the only other option with similar configuration/options but a smaller size was non-returnable, these would be winging their way back to Amazon. That having been said, they do give pretty good compression, especially on the higher settings, and it's possible that varying the programs will prove useful over the life of the product, though the total leg ones don't really seem much different. Having only used the unit for two days, how much actual good it will do in the long run is not something I feel qualified to speak to, but it does feel pretty good while in progress. I just wish there was a bit more honesty in advertising.
