Install was fairly easy, but would've been easier with two people. Full set up time (awning and tent walls) took me about 15 to 20 minutes, but that is with it being my first time. I am sure it will come faster with practice or with a second person. Overall it looks good and seems to be constructed well.My only grip is the Velcro straps. I had 2 peices of Velcro start to pull away from the straps by just undoing them to put around the support poles, but it is an easy enough fix. They should reinforce their stitching on the Velcro, but everything else seems to be good craftsmanship.

This add on room has kept us warm and dry on our camping trips. Lots of room for a table and chairs our cooler and more and relax comfortably. Easy to put up and put away. Water proof too! You'll need to have a roll out canopy attached to the van/camper. This is what the room attaches to. Worth every penny.

It doesn’t fit my awning. Description was vague and said it was universal. Bought it in August. Didn’t have a chance to use it until November now I can’t return it.

I’ve only set up the product on the driveway. Great fit and works well with my teardrop trailer. I have the 6.5’X10’, the only recommendation, is to have an extra set of adjustable poles to support the awning in the middle of the 10’ supports.

As this was a Christmas gift this was the first time my grandchildren were able to use it. Small problem it came with no poles or straps. Now what do we do. Very upset over this as it was not a cheap item to purchase
