Always Consistent
I have been using these casing for years from The Sausagemaker and they have never failed. An excellent product at a fair price.

Never going to use another brand.
I used the packaged ones you can get at sporting goods stores and I used casings that I got from a grocery store. The grocery store casings were better but when I used these well they were so much better. Got nice and soft, went on easily and made sausage making so much easier. They all worked more or less once you got them on the tube but these went on much more easily and the ones that come from a sporting goods store in a bag well they do not work well and they do not look right. They are also tougher. I think that most others advice is that these are the best you can get so I think it is worth spending a bit more for these but the results are much better and you will be done faster than ever before. They go on easier and they do not puncture as easily either.

I'm Very Happy With this Casing
I have been using these casings for a few years and have found them to be pretty nice casings. They are generally strong and don't have too many splits or blow-outs. The size is generally pretty consistent and nice and they can be stuffed pretty full. I use these for several types of hard, dried, cured salami's as well as some cooked salami's and find that these hold up quite well. I do several hundred pounds per year of salami and probably go through several hundred feet/year of this casing.

Good quality long casings
I normally get the smaller packages from The Sausage Maker for small batches, but since I was stuffing 60+LBS of sausage I got this bulk pack. I was surprised to find long casings in the box, at a minimum 15', where the small packages have 4-6' long casings. It made processing this much meat a breeze.
