Although this product was inexpensive, I expected it to be a better quality than what I got. It's cheap pot-metal that is poorly constructed and I do not think it will last for very long. The mechanism does not move smoothly, it's not attractive, and I would highly recommend not using this on any piece of cabinetry that you want to look decent. The latch mechanism that originally came on my medicine cabinet was cheap, yet it was far superior to this insufficient junky piece.

I can not testify to long term quality, but on receipt of product and initial installation on an old cabinet I am refinishing, they appear to be a good weight …and ease of use .. here’s hoping they last for the next generation
