Final review- I am pleased to say that I have contacted customer care, and they have responded with great timing and attention to my concerns. My first concerns was the front hub giving off rubbing sounds intermittently , for which I provided video. I forwarded them recorded data(scooter mobile app) for my battery capacity and length of trips. My clip came undone from the base. These could happen on any well made item. They did not hesitate and have shipped a replacement scooter. I could not be more pleased with the ease in which we found a working resolution. Isn’t that a part of what every after purchase customer care should contain. Great work from the customer care team at iScooter! To recap: I was pleased with the speeds the scooter is able to reach. The portability is excellent, I’m able to commute on train and bus with ease. I have no doubt that I get more miles between charges with the replacement scooter. Side note, the headlamp and tail light are powerful and safe Any hill that I’ve encountered have been no challenged . The iScooter 1S is worth your money for it’s price point I am 3 days in. - Battery life so far, throughout 3 full charges have averaged 9 miles, on mostly smooth even surfaces, mostly flat terrain, and the hill slopes no greater than 15 degrees. - I am so far really frustrated that I cannot get this scooter to go past 15 mph. I have the app and it is properly paired with the scooter. No amount of configuring has approached 16 mph in ideal conditions. - To be fair, I have not yet contacted the customer care contacts at iScooter. They may have a fix and I will allow for this, however I remain skeptical that they will help extend the range in miles that the battery pack has shown to supply on a full charge and near ideal conditions. _ future reviews ] upon further trials -Now more than 6 days in. (July 26) I have now achieved speeds surpassing 20mph, really decent , and necessary for my city commute as I transfer to and from public transportation. The folding and unfolding of the scooter is now painless , pops open and snaps closed smoothly. Battery life is still an issue as I holdout hope that I can get more than 9 miles per full charge. This is how much I’ve been averaging with typical speeds of 15 mph, mostly smooth and level terrain. I weigh only 184. (I have not reached out to the vendor so far) In case Ii would have to return this item, should the battery capacity not extend itself, I have started the automated return process and Idid not encounter any uncomfortable hurdle in doing this. This is always good for the consumer, thanks Amazon. Updates coming.

The vast number of Features on this scooter is very helpful. The Sturdiness is okay, it is a bit heavy but I think that’s expected with the quality of the scooter and its efficiency. The Value for money depends on what you’re looking for in the electric scooters, for me with features like Eco (to save on battery) is a plus and how the acceleration to its Top Speed is gradual. It doesn’t go all the to Top Speed, it gradually speeds up. Commuting on this is so smooth. I wish the accelerator was a bit more different, but I’ll get used it. Overall, it is a great scooter for a fun time in the park, neighborhood, doing short grocery shopping. Might give my brother a try to take it to school, but that’s more on a trust and personal level. UPDATE: I’ve been using this and the battery life is much longer than I expected, approximately 2 hours longer. Durability is top notch. Has a good time for acceleration before reaching the desired/inputted max Speed. Turing on the light barely touches the overall battery performance. Very satisfied with this Electronic Scooter.

This scooter is definitely a worth while purchase. So far I've been using it for 2 days and its still working at the same efficiency. So, here are a few pros and cons I have for this scooter. Pros: -The scooter is faster than it looks on video (Maybe because you're riding it). -It is very easy to setup and is not too heavy. Folding it and turning it on/off is very easy. -The app makes it easy to control the scooter, as you can control how fast the scooter can go in cruise mode and in sport mode. -It has a pretty decent range, although I didn't test it for how many miles it can go for. I can say that the battery doesn't drain. -It has 4 lights; 1 in the front, 1 in the back (this light will flash when you hit the brakes, very useful!) and 2 on the sides of the back wheel. -It has a bell you can ring to alert people. -The brakes are awesome Cons -It doesn't go exactly 19 mph like the title says. You need to download the Minirobot app to even increase the limit to 18mph, and it won't go faster (It's default speed is 15mph). -The scooter is a front wheel drive. This may or may not be a con, but i believe that it might have been able to go faster if it was a back wheel drive. -You can hurt your finger(s) when unlatching the hook that keeps the stem of the scooter intact whilst riding. It takes a lot of pressure to get it unhooked (which is good, although it makes it feel like you're going to break it. When I received my scooter, I received all of the parts I needed with nothing missing or damaged. I bought this scooter to get me to work faster and this is probably one of the best scooters in the $300-$400 range that'll get me to where I want to be quickly, efficiently, and safely. 10/10, would buy again. Don't have any hesitations when buying this scooter. Soon, I'll upgrade to a scooter that can go 40 mph (Like the Valor Eagle One). But for now, I'll be happily zooming down the street with my iscooter. UPDATE!! Its been a few months since I bought this product and the scooter still works as if I just bought it! Nothing is in need of replacement, it still reaches the 18 mph, and it is a great product overall! However the app doesn't stay connected to your scooter, so your scooter will only stay locked while your phone is at a close enough distance. UPDATE 2!! OK! We are officially ending 2022, and my scooter is still going on strong! I still get 18 mph, its quick to charge, and there is nothing that needs to be replaced yet. Keep in mind that i use the scooter at least once a week. This is a GREAT scooter to buy when it comes to quality. Just be sure to assemble it properly! Now, i havent needed customer service for anything, but I am sure that the company who makes this scooter is good with customer relations. I still hurt my fingers when trying to pull off the latch that keeps the stem of the scooter connected to the base, which is good because it shows how safe the scooter is. Anyways, ill make another update and add photos soon! BUY THIS SCOOTER!!

The scooter was great until it stopped staying on. The battery charged over night and still won’t turn on. This is the second scooter I received after this first one stopped working in less than a year (each scooter worked for less than 6 months). That’s TWO $400 scooters that stopped working in less than a year. Both just stopped turning on. This should have at least a year warranty because they don’t last. Very disappointed. Hoping the company reaches out to make this right.
