TEDIOUS
If you like placing 195 1/4" x 1/4" blues tiles - 1 page of instructions, then this is for you. It is maddening the number of small pieces used in this set to create interiors you can't see once the walls are built. I trashed my set after three tries.

You can buy this lovely set directly from LEGO today for $300. Don't pay this vendor a premium of $200.
