I bought this for my little sister who does ballet professionally about 2 and a half months ago.To be honest I didn't think she was going to like it because I know close to nothing about ballet.When gave my sister her gift she really loved this product because it helped her improve both her arch and point a great deal.She says that she's been using it everyday twice a day (Morning and night) for about 10min on each foot.After a month of use, even her ballet teacher noticed the change and commented on her arch improvement and her "relevé".And for those who don't know, using this is also safer than practicing your arch on your own.• Why? (Note: This is the doctors word).» Because not everyone knows when to stop stretching the ankle and therefore, can end up having a ripped ligament or tendon. This kind of injury can be especially fatal for the career of a dancer, which is why I got this for her in the first place. I was worried about that because her ankle started to hurt.P.S: So to everyone who's reading this "Long but Worth it" review, you should really buy this product. it will help a lot and keep your ankle safer at the same time!I hope this review was helpful. I love this tool so much! I've been working on getting my ankle more flexible, and this has definitely helped. I'm currently working in a ballet company. This has bettered my feet by a long shot!

My wife dances ballet and needed a foot stretcher to get over her pointe shoe box. We shopped around and considered this Superior Arch foot stretcher. Other ladies have different foot stretchers at her studio, paying up to $200! But since my wife is not a professional dancer but wants to keep up her conditioning and flexibility, this less expensive foot stretcher does the trick.It has been improved since the last year's model was sold on Amazon (a fellow friend bought one) and the pricing had dropped a few dollars. The padding is much thicker and her heel is comfortable. The overlay strap has adjustable Velcro and is very durable. I highly recommend this foot stretcher if your dancer is not planning to go pro, it does the trick. This has helped my wife get over her pointe shoe box and improved her balance.

ME: 46 yrs old, adult ballet dancer, 5’ 5, 127 lbs. A lot of reviews for dance products are from adult dancers about 18 to 25 yrs old, which is great, but I needed to review this product for the over 40 dance commmunity! We exist too! Lol. Everything aches, pains for no reason, i put ibuprofen in everything i cook...Lol! I have danced in the past but took 25 yrs off to raise kids, work, etc. Now I’m back in and my foot/ankle muscles aren’t as flexible as they used to be. I have low arches but my left foot is ridiculous! Not uncommmon for both feet/ankles to be different in strength, flexibility, etc. My right foot is dominant so it extends and flexes just fine, but my left one sucks at arching!THESE ARE MY GOALS with the stretcher:1. Increase the instep arch (yellow arrow)2. increase muscle flexibility on the of the top of my foot so my arch can look pretty (green arrow)3. Stretch my Achilles’ tendon, which is a major thing in ankle flexibility. point thru the foot itself, not curl your toes (blue arrow)4. Gain more range of extension/flexibility with other leg muscles. Use the stretcher, you’ll know what i mean (red arrow)I’m gonna use this for 30 days and post pics of my progress. Let’s see if this thing can help me reach my goals. Its not a miracle product and Its not meant to strengthen (you'll need to do other exercises for that ), but so far the stretching thing is spot on. Hopefully I can change my review and give it 5 stars. Nice product, comfortable, easy to use and you can really feel those muscles stretch! I posted real pics, not photoshopped, not professionally taken. I also put the date and color coded...hum? Is difficult to know what to expect from ads with young people or professional dance models in the description. I’m not young, and I’m not a professional ballet dancer, even though i do pretty darn good for being 46! Lol. Hopefully this review helps other adults who question themselves on if you can dance ballet with lower arches/flatter feet. YES YOU CAN!!! Yes I’m a dork and spent time to give this review from a different perspective, but dance arts is my “thing”. I’m making a come back from the world of “mom, mom, mom” and i need this thing’s help! Let’s see if this thing was worth the money spent!

My almost 8yo level 3 gymnast has been loving this toe pointe aide. The base is super padded compared to others I have seen at our gym. In 4 days I can see the difference in her pointe. The stretcher works well even with her size 1 feet. Our ballet coach advised starting with 4mins a side a day for the first few weeks due to my daughters age but there was no duration advice in the box. My daughter likes me to help stretch her toes and calf after use. :) I would definitely recommend.

Purchased this for my 9 year old daughter who has absolutely no arch in her feet and this is helping her tremendously. After a few days of use, she is already pointing better through her ankles with proper form. It is also helping her straighten her legs through the back of the knee. I love that she can use this while reading or just hanging around. She actually looks forward to using this every night because she is already seeing results. Can't wait to see what her feet look like in a month, 6 months and so on. Great product!!!

I use this for stretching the front of the ankle (for impingement) and tight toe flexors (from shoes with toe spring). I don’t get anywhere near as close to the board with my calf as the pictures show but that’s ok because I’m not a dancer. Along with stretching with this board I also stretch my calves and it has made a huge difference in how my feet feel. After stretching I make sure I do some ankle circles and overall activate all the stretched muscles.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt, es füllt den Zweck absolut, lediglich der Klettverschluss ist etwas sehr rau von unten, und je nach dem wie man den Klettverschluss einstellt ist es etwas unangenehm.Aber bin vollkommen zufrieden und gebe trotzdem 5 Sterne!
