My right wrist doesn't hurt anymore, my middle and ring finger used to hurt a little bit since is my dominant hand, and since I'm using the bracelet nothing hurts anymore. I wear it all day except for sleeping or when I shower, I don't want the water to turn it green. Still has perfect color, good resistance. Worth it and also style wise looks very good.

The magnets work and I did test them with a piece of metal. Definitely felt the magnets/copper when I put the armband on. Armband/bracelet will easily fit a man or woman and they're comfortable. Which is nice. The copper is burnished and will go with other armbands/bracelets. Good value for money.
