Liked how they came packaged. Very tasty, especially when shredded mozzarella cheese on them and dipped in Herlocher's mustard.

They are great done in an air fryer

I got these delivered 8/12/22 ... when I opened the package the date on the bag (comes 2 bags of 5) - said "best buy 8/9/22".Then they said on the inside instructions to eat all within 24 hours (all 10 huge pretzels) or freeze whatever you have left. They recommend to separate the pretzels individually so they won't stick together. The first package that I opened they were already all stuck together (a little SPAM might have taken care of this). So when you have to heat them (per instructions) - you are not going to heat full pretzels. I had about 6-7 pieces per pretzel in the oven (which was fine - not being whole was not going to change the flavor).I went to open the mustard and the cap practically fell off even though it had some kind of plastic wrapping on the top (shipping bouncing?). It is not sealed airtight. I know mustard is sour but this was so sour that I did not trust it. I threw it out immediately.If they have a brick and mortar setup where you can go in and get you pretzels and leave, take them home, heat them, and eat them immediately - maybe you might have a satisfactory experience. But, through the mail is a NO-GO. I will never order them again and I would bet money they never had a repeat customer THROUGH THE MAIL. It takes to long to ship.

Unfortunately, these pretzels, though they look fantastic they taste awful. Not the soft pretzel taste that I’m used to. I don’t know what it is. It’s just some funny taste and they’re very chewy. Not for me. I guess. I won’t be ordering them again.

These are legit. Takes as good as you can get anywhere. I will be buying again.

They’re good but not worth the money in my opinion
