Having this saved me time and money on Thanksgiving! It freed up my stove so I could focus on the side dishes and saved me money because I didn't have to buy peanut oil for a turkey fryer! It cooked my turkey to perfection and was so juicy! It is sooooo easy to clean. This is the perfect addition to any kitchen!!

This is a wonderful roaster and I love that it’s easy to use, easy to clean and it holds about 40 pounds of food. It is perfect for us as we are small homesteaders and I process a lot of food at one time for canning and freezing, etc. highly recommend this.

Does a great job of keeping the turkey moist, reduces total cooking time by 30%. I cooked an 18-pound turkey and had a lot room to spare. Eliminates the need for a cooking bag. I wish I would have purchased one a little smaller, say 20 quart.

We used this for a Thanksgiving Turkey. Since then I have used it every other week for pork loin and veggies. Cooks everything in 40 minutes.

I was hoping it would cook more like a crockpot and baste as it cooks. But, it was still a little dry. However it for the 22 lb turkey perfect and cooking troubles was on my end. Not the product. Cooks like an oven.

This roaster is big and perfect size for a turkey. Worth every penny. I definitely recommend!!
