Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great pouch. Holds a TQ, Israeli bandage, shears, combat gauze, and still room for another small item. Molle attachment fit great on my belt, doesn't flop around and easy to access.

Surprisingly more functionality than numerous other IFAK bags found on Amazon. This is just the bag; however, it holds the MyMedic Bleed Stopper kit with room to spare (see photos).

"Real estate" on a belt is a very limited thing, so a pouch that is narrow, yet large enough to do the job is a very good thing. The materials and construction are good - nothing special, and what you would expect to find in this price range. It will do the job, and that's what really matters. If it is not grossly abused, it should hold up very well. The design is what makes it though - it takes up little space on a belt, and the external tourniquet pouch makes it work all that much better.
