I’m here to help! If you think your coffee machine has stopped working don’t throw in the towel just yet!!! I had mine for about 2-3 weeks when it seemed to not turn on anymore like it did at first when I pressed the button. However, in order for machine to turn on you have to first put the coffee in grinder & twist it back on machine & then it’ll turn red for you to press the power button again!! Also, I see some complaints about the grinder not grinding the coffee beans well enough but I have a solution to that as well! It doesn’t take more coffee so don’t waste your coffee beans doing that. You simply need to grind it 2 rounds instead of one & I promise you the coffee will be rich & delicious!! Also, I don’t keep my machine plugged in when not in use. I unplug after every use! Hope these tips help!! Make the most out of your machine after all it’s not cheap!! Get your monies worth!!

Makes nice rich coffee.Really not hot enough, wound up microwaving to warm it up a little more.

This coffee maker is exactly what I was looking for. I love the freshly ground taste of the coffee. I have had it for two months now and it has worked flawlessly. It sits on the counter next to my sink and is small enough that I just hold it under the faucet and fill it. It is a little bit louder than the grinder I used before this and it starts and stops grinding 3 times before beginning to drip. If you are use to using a coffee filter where you just grab the filter and deposit in the trash you may not like having to clean the basket out after each cup. But to me it is worth the extra effort.
