Have to press buttons hard to achieve anything
This is my 4th replacement (Spectrum tells me they will mail one for free, but I end up with one that has so many buttons, I cannot find what I am looking for). I still have one working, one that the top lights work & the buttons are easy to push (not great if watching TV in dark to find #'s). Right before my last one went, the buttons were hard to push to change channels, raise volume, etc. This is just as hard to press anything to get it to work, I have to press hard & several times before I achieve anything. Very disappointed as I believe I have bought from this seller before with success. My fingers hurt after searching the guide from pressing the buttons on it. I am not going to say not to buy, I may just have received a bad one, but I am very disappointed. I guess I can say it is better what Spectrum keeps sending but I worry it might be going bad when I just received it since this is how my last one was before it stopped working.
