Q: Pop up drain doesn’t go down when in the sink. Anybody else have this issue?

No issue at all on mine. I had it professionally installed.

Q: Anyone have a problem with the gold never looking clean or having dark finger marks?

I haven’t had an issue with it changing colors. But I tend to wipe down my faucet and sink top after each use. I love Thais Ryle sink that I got a second one for another home.

Q: Upon opening, one handle is chipped on the front. How can I receive a new handle?

Great quality

My plumber commented on how nice these were when he was putting them in. They basically look the same as others I priced at $400-$700 range and he said they're great heavy quality material. His only comment was that he missed a step hooking up underneath and had to redo something. Excellent quality for the money. Been installed for two weeks now and zero issues.
