Is this assembled out of the box?

Yes, you just take it out and turn it on, it is really cute. Be sure to read the directions about something allOwing the required time between turning it I off and then back on again so it can shut off properly to reset. It is a minor thing but helps insure future use. I think you will really like it.

How do you get the swings to come back down? Mine seem to be stuck up
