Q: Can someone post nutrition facts from the label

Per serving: 230 calories, 24g total fat, 4g Sat fat, 0g Trans fat, 100mg sodium. Therefore the monounsaturated fat is probably around 20g. Unfortunately, that one serving is only 1/4 cup. But if you only eat one serving per day, it's actually not bad for you depending on the rest of your diet. By the way, most Costcos carry this since it's their brand, for a slightly lower price.

I keep them in a air tight container in my pantry.

Q: What is the country of origin. they are packed in the us, but i doubt they are grown on hawai'i.

Having had these on 5 separate occasions, I believe I saw that the nuts were from several different places. As another pointed out, the current label says "sourced from around the world." Macfarms and Mauna Loa are sourced ONLY from Hawai'i, and the former is my favorite!
