Some runs and stains on the curtains
The curtain material was okay but when I received them yesterday, I saw some runs on all the curtains and some stains from the ring. Please advise if I can have them replaced.

Not Totally Blackout Curtain
Not full blackout curtain, it can minimize the light around 15%. Not as described as blackout curtain.
