Fantastic addition with minor drawbacks
fantastic addition to my home office. It delivers both hot and cold water at the touch of a button, making it incredibly convenient for quick drinks or instant meals. The sleek design fits well into any space, and the dispenser operates quietly, which is a big plus. However, I noticed that the cooling is a bit slow, and the temperature range could be broader—currently, it offers 176-196°F for hot water and 39-59°F for cold. The touch-only control at the bottom lacks tactile feedback, which can be frustrating when you’re in a hurry. Additionally, the built-in water filters aren’t sufficient for high-quality filtration, so I recommend using it with a Reverse Osmosis System for the best results. Despite these minor drawbacks, this water cooler is still a great choice for anyone looking for convenience and style in their water dispenser.

Wouldn’t buy again
Only 4 months old. Machine works but when using the cold water it leaks for a few seconds after releasing button so I would have to hold my cup there for a couple seconds after so the water catch below doesn’t fill up as fast. Started happening at about a month old. Not a problem with the room temperature, or the hot water. Not to mention it doesn’t dispense water when the power goes out so you would still have to have a couple cases of water on hand for emergencies. Would not buy again not for the high cost of it. Update: So after 14 months the unit was not making water cold nomore and a week later it doesn’t even fill with water. Checked all the hoses and water runs through all of it, it’s just the dispenser is not pulling it in, in none of the 3 hot, cold, and room temperature none of them dispenses water. Don’t waste your time on this dispenser like I did. Luckily I bought the protection plan for 4 years and was refunded.

Better than bottled water/Easy Set up/Cold and refreshing
The water cooler/filter works as stated. There’s a breaking in period, after that you have clean fresh water that’s better than bottle. Adjusting the temperatures is fantastic. Cold ice cold. Hot is hot. You can fit a 28 ounce bottle easily on the shelf. The unit itself is big. Measure the dimensions and see where you want to put it because it is rather large. Having said that, in a house of four people who are constantly drinking water, we never run out of cold water. Hook up is simple. Comes with an installation kit I however, did buy extra tubing ahead of time as my unit sits pretty far away from the sink. Uses standard sized tubing similar to what your automatic refrigerator/icemaker would use. Giving it four out of five stars only because the size of the unit is rather large, would not fit underneath the cabinet. Also the breaking in period for the filters/unit took 3 to 4 days to get rid of the slight aftertaste. However, getting through that and you’ll have very fresh, clean water that honestly tastes better than bottled. Where we live the tap water is terrible, I can’t believe this Brio can transform terrible tap into better than bottled water.

Great but need improvement for noise
The Brio Moderna water cooler is sleek and convenient. I love the self-cleaning feature, and the water tastes great. However, it’s a bit noisy when heating and cooling the water. The sound is noticeable, especially in a quiet room, which can be a bit distracting. Overall, it works well but could use some improvement in noise reduction

Great tasting water with a great price!
We wanted to replace our 5 gallon bottle delivery as the cost kept increasing and delivery was a hassle. For context we live in a NYC apt I was worried this would be a difficult install, but it wasn't bad at all. Pros: -water tastes great -price is awesome (better on amazon than through retailer) -install took about 30 min and required no drilling -the machine is very quiet Cons: -the hot water gets to like 190, so not boiling like a kettle would

Maybe If you like your Tea Cold…
Cold water is refreshing and cold. But my tea is lukewarm. Barely reaching 160 on the H3 level. The H1 level is the lowest level with company claims that should reach 180. The H3 setting which is the setting I use, promises 190-196. This was the case from day one. Brio Customer Service “was” very good. They promised and delivered a replacement unit within 10 days of my warranty claim. Unfortunately the replacement unit (seemed to be a refurbished unit) had the same issue. Luke warm water that comes out less than 160. And barely brews tea. It’s now going on 6 weeks of ghosting from Brio. My emails are getting read (email read receipts) but no response. So buyer beware. If you want hot tea you’ll need the 3rd party accessory- an electric kettle. No instant hot water or Customer Service available from Brio.
