I ordered this holding cross for a friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer. I too am fighting cancer and someone gave me one of these crosses and I found it brought me great comfort and peace. The size of the cross is great because it fits so well in the palm of your hand. The curved edges of the cross make it very comfortable to hold in your hand. If you are not holding the cross in your hand you can easily slip it into your purse or pocket. Such a lovely gift, much bigger in person than we expected! But just beautiful! We gave it to a friend of ours that officiated at my FILs memorial service. He loved it, the story of the cross is in the package along with THE LORDS PRAYER and place for prayer list on the back of it, also came with a To: From: for signing And leaving a special note !! It’s the little things in the life! And this is def one of the little things that means so much!!

I have bought this size (I think it is considered medium), for a friend when he was diagnosed with cancer. It is about the size of your hand and is perfect when you need that item in your hand to pray. I have also bought the smaller ones to keep in your pocket when you don't want something in your hand but you want it with you as you (or loved one) is going through a tough time. They have been well received by all who have received them.

I ordered 2 of these and was nervous because I have purchased a similar product and there are huge differences in the wood. I was pleasantly surprised with quality of wood, packaging and additional Bible verses included. I was so impressed with the value and quality that my sister ordered several as well. Fits your hands perfectly and help me concentrate when i am praying. They are smooth and have a beautiful grain. Purchased 3. Gave one to a friend, keeping one for myself as I am dealing with cancer. Purchased one for my husband. I can't think of a more perfect gift for a Christian. I will purchase a few more for gifts.
