Q: Can you tell me the distance between the screws, center to center?

I received this product on June 25, 2023, and the distance between the screws is 2.75 inches. (I guess the distance changed over the years.)

Q: Is this cover flat edge to edge or with a canted edge as shown?

The edge is slightly canted on the one I purchased.

Q: WHat are the diameters of the 1" screws?

Very likely to be 8/32 screws - that's standard for ceiling-mount boxes and mud rings.
