Design itself is high quality. Two means of fixation are supplied - suction cup, which I used, and a vent mount. Suction power seems quite high, and I tried to deliberately remove it with force, and it still held. Doesn't vibrate at all while driving, just make sure to fasten all possible joints after putting the holder in the desired position.

Very pleased with the phone holder. I use it in our mini which is difficult to fit a phone holder in due to the round vents.

Excellent product very happy with it

Really useful. Replaced an earlier model which had less manoeuvrability. Now can have my phone exactly where I want it.

I would ignore the negative feedback on this item, I have two of them and they are fantastic, some comments say it’s comically small, but my iPhone has a bulky case and this grabs it easily. I’m guessing the negative comments are from people who don’t know what they’re doing. Five stars from me for sure.

This product was great until the sun came out! As soon as the product receives any direct sunlight or heat builds up in the car the suction goes and it falls off! I have now tried to fix it again so many times the stick has gone completely so I am going to have to throw it away less than 6 months after purchase. If you want something for the Winter then this will be fine but as soon as Summer comes, forget it!Following the above review, customer service got in touch and offered a replacement device foc with additional instructions to fit. It appears that the textured dashboard on my car was more of the problem, however it all now appears to be ok.
