First I’d like to express how extremely happy i am with their customer service; when I received this item it was the wrong color (blue), I was not pleased as my child wanted RED only. I emailed the vendor and they immediately replied back and offered to send me another as soon as I returned the unwanted item to them; I got my little RED bike in in less than 10 days.Excellent customer serviceThe bike runs great, the speed is perfect for my 4 yr old and best of all is the color he wanted.

MOST OF ALL THE PARTS WERE MISING- IM 60 YEARS AND HAD TECHNITIAN AND ADVISED ME THAT THIS WOULD NOT WORK- IT IN THE GARBAGE WERE IT SHOULD BE AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I bought it for my 3 years old daughter and she likes it so much. Her brother has a razor motorcycle. This is why she also wants a motorcycle. This ride on motorcycle is so pretty. I really like this pink.
