This was the best thing ever invented! I have been using it daily! Wish I would have had these in years ago! Highly recommend these!

Not much to say. You put them in the freezer, then you put them on your finger or toe. They work quite well. Would suggest not putting them on right out of the freezer though, as its pretty darn cold that way.

Roll straight off fingers, and very short period between too cold for skin contact and too warm to be of any use. Maybe better in cooler climates.

This is an amazing product. It does not freeze and makes it easy to place in the fingers. Love this. I am buying more.

Yeah, read the instructions, these puppies get COLD. They feel great but definitely let them sit a few minutes after taking them out of the freezer.
