I suffer with hormonal imbalance which causes digestive issues and lower belly pain, I have tried different spear mint tea bags and not really purchased them again but these helped a lot with my issues, the taste isn’t too harsh and is just right. I also like that the teabag these are in don’t leak and put little bits at the bottom of your cup. Will definitely be buying again
