Finally a battery pack that gives the choice of two lightening cables so now whether I am out with my hubby or my friends, this pack means none of us need worry about being out of charge on our phones. It’s slick enough to fit in a handbag too. Just wish it came in a brighter colour !

I have had few issues with this power bank. It wouldnt charge using a USB outlet from my Microsoft docking station. it would charge through a 3 pin main charger (or at least the LED's would indicate full charge).I noticed that it didnt seem to have much capacity, partially charging my phone, and then showing empty.Last week I made sure i gave it a full charge, and then I went for a walk. The phone showed 48% battery level. I was using the Komoot app which I know is a drain on the phone battery as it uses GPS. I plugged the power bank in to the phone to top it up. The walk was 90 minutes. The power bank ran out of power before we finished the walk and the phone was at 77% battery level.As i paid a premium for this Belkin powerbank to ensure i had a reliable backup, this is clearly unacceptable. I will contact Belkin to see what they have to say.Update 9th October 2022.I returned the powerbank to the seller Box Technology end of July. They said they only offer repair not replacement. It is nearly two and a half months and i have no promises when this will be resolved. I have just contacted Amazon and they just refer me back to the seller. They have sent the seller a message chasing them on my behalf. My guess it is difficult to 'repair' a powerbank that does provide some charge. I could have purchased a significantly cheaper (and more compact) powerbank to provide the equivalent charging capacity. So watch out if you buy something on Amazon that is sold and FULFILLED by a third party seller. Amazon don't seem to be able to help.

Very neat and efficient with integral cables to charge phone and laptop etc tucked away into sides. Works well, with lights to indicate charge status. A little expensive maybe compared to similar banks, but it's the usual Belkin quality, looks good and so convenient not having to worry about remembering cables.

I was pleased by the build quality. It may be a bit more expensive than other power banks but I wanted a reputable brand. Seems to be able to charge my phone 2-3x on a single charge.

This is definitely worth having especially with the individual charging wires like the lightning and c type cable.The power bank is lightweight and easy to use definitely charges the phone quickly and is enough to charge 2-3 times for the iPhone 12.

This is an excellent, reliable (if expensive) charger and many of us feel more secure if our electronics come from a trusted brand. It's pretty lightweight but actually a bit heavier than I expected. And it's really for Apple users because, if you're not, one fixed cable is completely wasted. But even Apple users have Kindles and gadgets with micro USB ports that may need charging on journeys. And there's no way to do that (at least, I've never seen a USB C - USB micro lead). In short, there's no USB A port - the rectangular ones you use, with micro usb at the other end, to charge your Kindles, your e-cigs, your smartwatch and a multitude of gadgets. Almost everyone would need to carry another charger on any significant journey. It's the charger of the future, but it's not the charger for right now. Check your needs before you buy.
