Just be careful while removing the roller rods to remember to rotate the brass end locking pins so make removal easier without breaking the plastic retention.

9/18/2025 update: Based upon my original review below, this seller offered to refund my full purchase for the rollers, not strings attached and no request for my update of my review, and I accepted that offer and received the refund. Note that I did not request a refund, but they offered based upon the review only. Since I did get value from 1/2 of the product order, I consider this "above-and-beyond" customer outreach and support. I am upgrading my review to 4 stars, given that they may have mistakenly shipped me 2 wrong rollers, leading to the problems we had. The next time I need rollers, I'll try ordering from this seller again, given that they stood behind their product. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My package of 4-rollers for a Fujitsu FI-6130 scanner, had two different pairs of rollers. Looked the same but one set fit properly on the roller shaft, while the other set were hard to slide onto a matching shaft, and both of those rollers split and became useless throw-aways during the installation. I won't buy these again. Quality is suspect!

The rollers worked well but I stupidly did not realize the inner diameter of each 2/set were different from each other, so I split one roller because I tried to force the larger diameter rod into the smaller diameter inner hole on the plastic roller. I had to re-order a new set and was successful with my installation. Be sure and mark the axle rods with a marker where the new rollers should be, as once the new rollers are on, it is difficult to move them. Using WD40 with silicone (not regular WD40) to clean the old gunk on the axles and lubricating the inside of the new rollers made the installation much easier. [The old sticky rollers should be sliced off the axle with an exacto knife or razor blade, and pulled off with a pliers. The old rollers are so sticky, you could bend the axle rod if you tried to slide them off (they will not slide).] The video link provided by the vendor is terrible and very dangerous using a scissors' handle to install the rollers onto the rods. There are several much better videos on the web, so look for those and view all of them. I found one with Spanish subtitles that was the best video for taking apart and re-assembly for the Fujitsu f-6130 (u don't need to know Spanish). I found that using the inside opening of the jaws of a pliers on top of the plastic roller to push down on the roller vertically on the rod during installation is much safer. It is absolutey best to disassemble the scanner to split the upper and lower portions to do this roller installation; the 2 pivot points on the scanner case are fairly easy to pry apart with a flat head screwdriver. When unscrewing the bottom panel of the scanner, you can just use wide painter's tape to hold that panel loosely in place so you don't have to disconnect any electronic cables. Splitting the upper & lower sections of the scanner allows better access to the drive wheels and also to the screw that controls the tensioner for the drive belt so u can remove (and later re-install) the drive belt easier. Take pictures before & during disassembly so u can get everything back together.

The rollers are difficult to place on the roller bar. One fell apart, literally split in half, trying to force it on the bar. When one is damaged the whole set is useless. I will have to find a whole new set.

Good quality thus far. Seems very much like the originals they replaced.
