Works great for me. I only need half or even quarter scoop to feel the full benefit. The quality of what I put into my body is paramount that's why I use this and other Nutrabio products. Recommend it highly.

To use this, I pour a full scoop into a tumbler, shake mix drink container, shake the hell out of it. The flavor is a bit on the sweet side. Although you drink it for the effect, not the flavor. It does seem to help with recovery and hydration. It's a fine product and used it for a few years. I stopped using it due to the expense, 1 tub per month was over $500.

Ive been training for 30 plus years. In my 20s at the dawn of creatine I reacted well to it. Never any side effects…great pumps and added strength. As Ive gotten older Ive tried to recreate that magic. Ive tried every high end brand known to man along with my old favorites.
