Fantastic device and a great service from the supplier
Easy to setup and the first video it captured was at night of a family of otters at the bottom of our garden. I was so pleased as this is what I bought the camera for. Very please with the quality. We have very high winds here in Orkney ( 60mph+ ) and driving rain. The device managed this well but after a few months the night light stopped working. The company replaced the device quickly and without fuss. The camera is back outside filming otters as I type this.

It was good, however
Great piece of kit. Bought to confirm that I have badgers. I have. Even a little field mouse set it off. Batteries last longer than I thought that they would. It has now stopped detecting anything, checked settings, all good, replaced batteries. Set to on, blue light flashes as per normal but it is not detecting, recording anything. Disappointed.

Night vision is TOO bright
Timer did not work, cheaper replacement from very helpful staff when I returned this model. Replacement working,but night video constantly flashing and again too bright.

The camera struggles to fullfil its use
The IR night flash is to bright on photograph at close range and not bright enough on video at more than five meters, this could of course just be the replacement camera that I received

garbage product!
Stopped working completely after 5 months. The design of the camera is terrible. The body of the camera is attached to the cover, so every time you open the cover to check it out, it triggers the recording, waste of battery. When cover is open there is no way to check what is in the view of the camera, because its pointing backward! I tested this camera at home and it was OK. Outdoors, nothing is triggered farther than 3 feet away. Only video I had it was when I was opening the cover. The food for animals was gone, and I could see many tracks on the snow, but no picture or video was taken. I tested it many times. I don't know who wrote all those good reviews? Robots? Fake shoppers? I do not believe amazon reviews anymore,
