Great for the price point..
I was excited to find this at the listed price. Other monitor systems typically go for much more so when I came across it I was skeptical about its quality but bought it anyway. After having used it for a few weeks I am pleased to say that it has been a great buy. Aside from the occasional staticky noise which likely is due to external interference, it is a well functioning system and great for use with my in ear monitors while dj’ing.

very impressed with the unit
i bought this to replace my $1200 Lectrosonics that fell into the white space abyss.shipped fast, everything in the box.... rack ears, 1/4 cables, etc... ( i won't use the IEM earpieces, i have Westones, but impressed with fact they came with extra pads AND the CLIP that holds the wire to the back of your shirt... i'll use them .. ) yes, the audio out is MONO from the receiver ...but for me i am using left in for the monitor send from the board and right in for "more me vocal" ...it sums to the receiver as a mono signal .the base unit has 1/4 or xlr in, with adjustable level, simple set up ..pick a channel.... ( the front base headphone jack is stereo FYI.... ( i could see a use for that if i ever needed to plug wired headphones direct in .like when i am at my stand up pedal steel... or a keyboard... )... on the receiver...simple set up..pick a channel, plug in the IEM and set the volume. (well after you inserted 2 AA batteries and pushed the power button ) ... if this thing is not loud enough for you, then either your IEM's have a very high impedance or you really need a hearing aid. cause this thing will blow your head off with volume..... you adjust the volume under the lid with the up/dn buttons... the channel change is next to them... you could change channel if you hit the wrong button, but then you could turn it off if you pushed the power button... so i don't see that a reason to lessen its value. after the 1st note of the 1st song my stage volume is set...the 2nd output aux jack is handy if you ever wanted to use this for something like setting up an extension speaker or feed a powered monitor... i have in the past used my 2nd IEM receiver for that, albeit you could also use the regular output... but i see why it was included... i find the sound quality very good and the most important noise floor very low... no nasty bad hiss ( like my old old listen technology system ) . the squelch is factory set, but in testing i have pulled the power to the base transmitter and the receivers mute instantly... no whoosh of noise first.. and the system came back on channel and playing like nothing ever happened.for me, very pleased, very good price... in the 500mhz band that should stay around for a few years more and rugged looking... metal base unit, same plastic type receiver cases that sennheiser, shure and listen use after the design went to the 3v systems from the old days of 9v ...so hard to knock them for keeping the weight down...i scribbled down the chan frequenciesi can only speak for me... but well worth the price.

Great for the price!
I was nervous about buying this. It costs enough to sting a bit if it didn't work out, but so much less expensive than other wireless IEM systems that I decided to take the risk (based on other reviews). This is the only IEM system I've used so I can't compare it to others. I've used many wedge-style stage monitor speaker systems though, and this IEM is a game changer! The first time I tried it at a performance was also the first time I could actually clearly hear everything I needed to!! Especially playing drums, I can hear vocals better than ever before. This system is maybe lacking a little in bass though. When I'm playing bass I'd like to hear myself a little bit better than this is able to provide. My biggest complaint is that it's not stereo. I believe they've edited the product description because I swear it used to specifically say that it was stereo. Now it's just implied with the L/R inputs. I was hoping I'd be able to do two separate monitor mixes, maybe more vocals in the left channel and more bass in the other, then each band member can choose which ear they want to use, or both (I only put in one ear at a time because I'm generally playing small gigs without mics on the drums, and these earbuds do a good job of blocking out external sounds; that would be great if everything I needed to hear was in the mix).I don't know how the pass-thru works and I don't know what the aux jack on the receiver is for. Mine didn't come with a manual. They've also added the rack mount since I purchased mine. That would be nice to have!

Great value for an affordable price!
I bought these recently for a Christmas event at my church and these worked just great. Sound quality is great and the included earphones sound really good. The only thing I consider should be improved are the volume buttons. I'd really like to see a volume knob rather than having to open the receiver front cap and push the volume up/down buttons.I'll definitely recommend these if you need affordable wireless monitor systems.

Works great for quiet rehearsals.
Works great for silent rehearsals. I haven't had any issues with it so far. I ordered an extra pack for a new band member, and set it to the same channel. It worked no problem. Easy to use. Running 5 packs with no problems.

Decent, a bit of floor noise
Really you can't go wrong with this if you're looking for a wireless in your system on a budget. I personally would rather just get a headphone amplifier and do a wired setup because these are pretty hissy.
