Q: Will it fit the new ruger lcp ii?

No, it will NOT fit the lcpii. I bought one and it's way too small. Just to get it on had to stretch it way too far, the rubber was turning light it stretched so far. And the palm swells were at the back of the grip rather than in the middle.

Q: can you use a crimson trace lazer with it

No. Crimson covers the front side of that crip which keeps that glove from sliding on. Personally, I prefer the pachmayr.

Q: Does this hinder concealability? Is the grip over tacky feeling? Say if I were to pocket carry this, will it get stuck to inside of pocket?

I just stuck it in my khaki's pants pocket. It's on a taurus tcp .380. It doesn't make the gun get held up any more with it on or off the gun. It's not tacky like the sticky side of scotch tape...it's just a rubbery feel like a tennis racket handle. It definitely improves the stability of the gun in my hand+makes it feel like I have a much more solid grip on it.

Q: do you have to make any modifications to the gun for the grip to stay put better?

I used this on my tcp, it was tight placing it on the gun. I didn't need to make any modifications, I don't have any trouble with it moving, it made my stock grip more comfortable with the palm pad,
