Batteries arrived charged and well packed. They snap in snuggly to my name brand and off brand remotes. This is the AA style battery so if you have the AAA style remote (some off brand are like this) these won't work. Played for over two hours today and the batteries only lost a bar on one remote and I had rumble on with full volume. The base itself is one that the remotes just sit in and don't snap on. Less chance of breaking parts this way. Even though they rely on gravity for security, the contact of the charger to the battery door is good and didn't need much adjusting. I like the bright LED lights that are blue when charged and red if charging. The whole cradle interior lights up and looks really cool. Very helpful for ensuring correct alignment. The USB option is a hit as we have power stations around the house and somehow we always have more USB ports free than grounded outlets. Such a convenient, although tiny, upgrade. Long cord is also wonderful for so many reasons. So far very satisfied. I would buy again should I add more remotes.

Just what I needed and works well

Definitely convenient to be able to dock and forget about it to charge when not playing the Wii. The battery life on a full charge isn’t too great, but being chargeable is nice of course. It’s quite hard to put the battery on and removing it as well. Almost feels like it’s stuck and you have to force it on/off. It’s great for the price and I would recommend it, just don’t expect a long life span per charge Update: one of the battery pack kept disconnecting even when it was fully charged. I contacted the seller and they refunded me no questions asked and also very quickly. Great customer service!

There are a few flaws I would like to point out with this product: The pins on the dock feel loose, so the controller needs to be placed correctly to charge. The LED lights are always on and can’t be turned off, which can be annoying, especially in a dark room. The battery pack is somewhat loose on the back of the controller, but it is secure enough to play. On the positive side: I can play for hours without worrying about when I need to change the controller batteries. When I’m done playing, I can place the controllers on the dock and let them charge without any worries. It’s also inexpensive, which is a plus since buying batteries every few weeks adds up.

These helped me finally break out my old Wii and play some games I haven't touched in a long time.

Great product

I’ve had the device for 5 days. So far it’s working well. It is temperamental when placing the remotes on the charger. Sometimes only one side lights up and I have to spend a lot of time making sure it’s actually charging both remotes. If you don’t pay attention it’s easy to set them on the charger only to come back later and discover they were never actually charging. I expected it to be much easier to engage the remotes for charging.

So I put my new battery packs in and plugged the remotes into the charger yesterday afternoon, by time I got home for bedtime they were charged so I unplugged charger, went to use them today and NOTHING, popped in some regular batteries and they worked fine while kids played. Once again I have them on the charger to see what happens when I use immediately but am confused by the led light indicators as description says both should be red when charging, blue when charged yet I have one red and one purplish one. If they don't charge well or battery doesnt last long at all will be returning for something with more battery life and reliability. After posting my initial review I was contacted directly from the seller and was informed that they would be sending me two new battery packs, a charging dock as well as charging cord and adapter FREE OF CHARGE since they felt there was possibly a mechanical error with my original product. I did receive the new items and now the charging dock is working properly and the remotes are charging to full capacity. I can't comment on battery life as my daughter and I dont play for extended periods of time throughout the day. The charge has lasted through our multiple shorter periods of play throughout the day and when I have placed them back in the dock before bed they light up red that they're charging. I am pleased with my purchase and would purchase again if we happen to add more remotes. I am astounded with the customer service however and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I was shocked that I was contacted by them via email and that they took the initiative to make sure i was completely satisfied with my purchase.

Works perfectly but...I guess I misread the listing. I thought the controllers were included

Funcionan muy bien y dura bastante la pila

Thought the unit was broken. Plugged it into my power bar and nothing. No lights,no blue or pink lights. Decided to try a different power plug from one of my cellphone chargers and voila! It worked! Got the blue and pink lights. Fast charger.
