I just received this mug and it exceeds my expectations. The familiar and beloved design is gorgeous and well executed. The quality is exceptional, and the blue is so vibrant. I absolutely love it! I have not had a chance to use it yet, but I am sure I will enjoy using it. It arrived boxed and well wrapped in bubble wrap. Perfect for gift giving to all the Blue Italian lovers on your list!

Works very well. It does not hold heat as long as a metal thermos, but that’s fine. I did not like the way coffee tasted in a metal thermos and this has been great.

This is a classic, beautiful, pattern that I've always liked. I couldn't resist ordering this. Had planned to take it to the local coffee shops when buying my coffee and tea brews. It is ceramic, not plastic. The capacity, from using a glass measuring cup, shows 14 oz vs 12 oz which is fine. Also, easily goes in a dishwasher, so cleaning is simple. I usually use the drive-up window. Here is where I am disappointed. This container is even heavier than the average pottery type cup or mug. I travel and this will be staying home because it's not something that can withstand the kind of handling that goes with rushing through a terminal, tossing in a bag. Not sure I'd take a chance on passing it back and forth at the drive-up either. For me, this defeats the purpose intended

Beautiful cup, but after only 2 months the lid won't stay in at all. I've burnt my hand more times than I can count by just trying to press the lid in. If I do get it on, it pops out, spilling hot coffee.

The cup is lovely. The lid doesn’t match well and is icky in that way only plastic can be. Trying to find a ceramic mug with a ceramic sealable lid is tough though I do have one which I adore

great cup! love how it's sturdy heavy porcelain and looks expensive. Those comments that say too hot to hold . this mug should be held from the bottom part . It stays cool and can be held comfortably with the hottest beverage. There is an air space in that area that helps with this

The mug is nice but it should be noted that it is not very light. I know it's porcelain so the weight is not a problem for me. The plastic lid holds the mug well but a tilted mug can leak. I would rate the product four stars if not for the fact that it came damaged. This will definitely affect the tightness and its ability to hold temperature. In addition, I am afraid of drinking from a broken cup so the purchase was very unfortunate. I advise you to think carefully about your purchase considering that this is not the first time this has happened.

Optisch sehr schön, aber der Deckel schließt nicht dicht, das hatte ich nicht erwartet. Auch nicht, dass ein Etikett "Made in China" auf dem Becher klebt.
