Keeps the Pool Crystal Clear Without Hassle
Keeps the Pool Crystal Clear Without Hassle I’ve been using this chlorine floater in my pool for a few weeks now, and it’s been a simple but effective solution for keeping the water clean. The design is straightforward—just load it with chlorine tablets, set the adjustable release, and let it do the work. I like that the dial lets me fine-tune how much chlorine is released, which helps avoid that strong chemical smell or, on the flip side, water that feels under-treated. The size is generous and holds enough tablets that I don’t have to check it constantly, which is a real convenience. It feels sturdy and well-made, not thin plastic that will crack after a few uses. It floats evenly without tipping, so the chlorine disperses consistently. One thing to keep in mind is that you do need to adjust the vent depending on your pool’s size and how hot the weather is—if left too closed, the chlorine release can be slow, and too open may use up tablets faster than expected. Also, like most floaters, it can drift to one side of the pool and hang out there, but that hasn’t been a big issue since the water still circulates well. Bottom line: A reliable, easy-to-use chlorine dispenser that keeps pool maintenance simpler. Solid build, adjustable release, and enough capacity make it a great choice for anyone who wants cleaner water without fuss.

They're not meant to last long. . .and they don't.
I bought 4 of these; they're inexpensive and reliable but NOT durable in the Texas sun. My prior purchase did not last a year in the pool. I expected too much from them so I bought several with the expectation they'll last 6 to 8 months.

Works just ok
Not great. Takes a long time for tablets to dissolve. I completely removed the blue part at the bottom

Perfect for Keeping My Pool Clean and Hassle-Free!
This chlorine floater has made maintaining my pool so much easier. It’s large enough to hold several chlorine tablets at once, and the adjustable release mechanism lets me control how much is dispensed depending on the weather or how often we use the pool. It floats steadily, doesn’t tip, and the build quality feels solid and durable — no signs of wear or color fading after weeks of use in sun and water. One small detail I appreciated was how easy it was to open and close the cap — it seals well without being a struggle to twist. I’ve used smaller floaters in the past that felt flimsy or didn’t hold enough tablets, so this was a major upgrade. I’d highly recommend it for anyone with a pool or hot tub. Tip: Be sure to adjust the dial according to the size of your pool. It makes a big difference in how quickly the tablets dissolve!

Big dent in the shell
It's cute and looks like it'll work well but it has a big dent in the shell that won't come out.

Just like every cholorine floaty thing you ever bought, but... difficult to cap it!
This is great for the price. Leslies pool supply wants about $22 for the same thing. Here, Amazon sells them for as low as $11.99, and I've seen them on"Temu dot com" for as little as $6.39. But you gotta pay shipping and tax there. Prime gets 'em free shipping, but still gotta pay sales tax, at least here in Nevada. It does the job.. BUT.... The cap is not easy at all! There is only two ways to put it on, the little gaps for the 'tangs' in the lid are NOT MARKED on the main body, and when you want to remove the cap, you have to guess, and turn, and turn, until you find the correct spot to OPEN the cap! I have marked mine with Sharpie pen, but that won't last very long. Other than that, it does the job! Holds the same 3" chlorine tablets all the others do, and they soak and melt out in your pool just the same. There is no fancy red device ring that tells you the chlorine is low /out and needs to be replaced, but, if you check your chlorine and acid level about once a week, you'll know when to replace the tablets!
