Is this cable really rated for 1100 pounds ?? Similar cables with the same width of 0.2 inch are listed as 220 pounds maximum?.

However, because of the different connection methods of various ends, the disconnect weight is not the same. If it is manually fixed by U-shaped screws, the joint parts are easy to fall off, and the load-bearing is 220N (100kg) by manual testing. So for safety, we list the maximum load-bearing capacity 220N (100kg) of manually installed cables. If you use a machine to press the connector by yourself, we still recommend the weight not exceeding 1100N (500kg). This is why we list the maximum load-bearing capacity 220N (100kg) of cables, and the DIY cable of this product has a maximum load-bearing capacity of 1100N (500kg).

will this work for replacement tubing on a total trainer pilates machine?

I am not sure what size your machine cable would be, but this cables works very well on all types of fitness machines

Worked perfectly to replace the cable on my Titan Fitness wall mount pulley

Worked perfectly. I needed a dremel to cut it to size. I believe for the Titan Fitness Tall wall mount pulley I need approximately 26.7 feet.

Good value so far

Cable has held up nicely after 2 weeks of use at the gym. The casing seems to be okay so far and the ends I swaged on fit nicely so I would say the controlled the cable thickness pretty well.The rope is flexible enough for this machine that has 8 pulleys. I used about 25ft in the run to get this equipment fixed. So far so good. Weight stack only goes up to about 100lbs on this machine.

Replacement for 20 year old cable

Needed to replace cable for NordicTrack NTB58030 rack. It’s original cable length was about 214 inches.This J Bryant cable was a perfect replacement along with eyelet connectors also sold by J Bryant. Could not find any information on correct die size, tried and error I used a size 10, it made about the same crimp stay as the original connectorsPulley works much smother then old worn out cable

Good product but after cutting 2 26' pieces I only had 2' left which indicates the roll was about 10' short. Didn't matter in my case but just beware.

Strong, durable, and easy to use.

Used this in my gym on many more things that just my cable machines. I bought the tool to crimp my own ends so I can use this wire in and out of the gym. Very strong very durable. Well worth the money for the functionality, and a fit for so many things.

First tried the 5mm cable at Home Depot. It's coating is too soft and it will tear on weight machines. This cable works perfectly.
