Are your product two items or just one? i mean i am going to receive 1) the 1500 ml crystal glass decanter 2) the stainless steel rack. ?

No, this is the rack only. I bought the decanter separately and it is lovely.

Does it include a stopper?

It does not include a stopper. The cleaning rod doesn’t work well, although somewhat flexible it won’t clean the decanter due to its shape.
