So far so good on my Dell 7490 laptop. Battery was about 65% charged when received so I followed the instructions and charged it fully and am now trying to take it down to 5%, repeating that charge/deplete process several times. The battery (like all of them) does not come with the little power cable, which is easy to remove from the old and re attach to the new one, Just look at YouTube for instructions, and don't pitch your old battery until the new one is there so you can compare them side by side. The cable plug was slightly different on the new battery but not in any meaningful way.My original battery was working OK until all of a sudden the laptop would shut down even though the battery was charged above 90%. Then it would not restart unless I had it on the charger. When I removed the battery I could see the problem, that two of the four cells on the one side were enlarged, which you can see in the photo. So the battery didn't wear out, it just failed at a very rapid pace, over a matter of one week.

This is a great OEM replacement battery for much less cost. It fits perfectly and has been working well for my XPS 15. Only a couple of years' use will tell how long it will last. Even so, this is a fraction of the price of the OEM battery replacement so I was willing to try it out. Great so far!

Battery was a perfect fit. The battery life is great, like a new laptop. Went from 1-2 hours on a full charge (with the screen dimmed and set to conserve battery) to at least 8 to 10 hours. Don't really know, haven't been able to drain the battery in a day yet.

Worked perfectly on my Alienware R17 laptop. Its SO nice to be able to unplug my computer and it not shut off, and actually use it again without a cord. Battery was pretty easy to install myself, but it might not be for everyone. Small connections, and you gotta have steady hands and patience with the plug. Battery works amazingly, and im happy I finally replaced it!

Man, these batteries from this company is a joke. They probably send back defect batteries from other customers and send them to new ones in hope they won't notice their batteries are BAD. Never bought from this company before and will never again. 1st battery didn't charge past 86% after almost 5 days of being plugged in straight. So naturally I went thru the exchange process and got the new battery today. The thing won't even charge....So now I have to stick the battery that's 86% back into my laptop and send back their non-charging one and go thru the process a 3rd time in less than a few days. HORRIBLE quality control.

Running my circa 2012 old Dell N7110 Inspiron lappy [and it's got Windows 7 and Office 2010 on it!] After 13 years it still runs like a champ. And my original battery held up until just a few months ago!! [by the way: my original "powerbrick" AC adapter is still working!]. Tried other battery replacements - but they weren't lableed correctly at 48 wH - and the others arrived in an apparently-used and/or low-battery level condition. Not this badboy. Came shipped in pristine, new form. At or nearly at 100% capacity. Charges rapidly and holds it's charge a long, long time. Unlike the detailed review I read before buying, I had no boot-up or Bios problems. Step 1) I unplugged my lappy. Step 2) I removed my old, exhausted original battery; Step 3) I inserted this new replacement - slid in like Cinderella's foot in her slipper; Step 4) I plugged in my Dell lappy; Step 5) I opened my lappy and powered it up to my usual Desktop screen. Again - - - no boot-up or BIOS issues. This battery came new, correctly spec'd for my laptop, charges fast and holds that charge a long, long time. Super-Duper.
