Installation process on the ASUS Prime X570-PRO board went OK, sticks seated well but were a bit tricky to get mounted in perfectly. They seat in properly, are a little wobbly, but otherwise work fine. Beautiful RGB LED lighting. Runs stable at D.O.C.P. 3600 profile under extreme load with the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X CPU. Did not pass RAM test on first power up, had to soft reboot into the BIOS to set the correct profile before the motherboard cleared the memory test. Windows 10 reports the memory is running at the expected 3600 MHz frequency. CL18 is LA traffic slow so this RAM is not for gaming although in real-world benchmarks we're only talking 2% - 4% variance in average FPS. I use it for running virtual machines and Lightroom. Paired with a couple PCIe 4.0 NVMe drives for the system and data partitions and my machine is crazy smooth. Windows 10 Pro boots instantly, apps open instantly. DOOM requires 4 MB of RAM and now I have 131,072 MB. Who's laughing now?
