Awesome shoe trees, and they work even better than expected! The cedar wood build is awesome for pulling scent and moisture from the shoe after wearing, the expanding toe is a "must-have" for fitting in your shoe and holding the exact shape you want to keep your leather and suede in peak condition, and the "large" size fits my U.S. men's 10.5 + 11s, perfectly! (Though don't go with my size for any larger... 11s are quite literally a "perfect" maximum fit!) My only complaint is that I wish I had 4-6 more pairs!!! Although these are one of the cheapest options for a decent shoe tree out there, they are expensive, unfortunately. :/ (But in their defense, the raw materials price of cedar tree wood are through the roof lately, so their pricing is actually quite fair tbh...) **** WARNING: IF YOU HAVE A LARGER SHOE SIZE THAN A U.S. MEN'S 11, GET THE NEXT SIZE FROM THE ONES I BOUGHT (GET THE "XL" INSTEAD)!!! — If you get the "Large" like I did, and you have a shoe U.S. men's size of 11.5+ or larger, then the toe expansion will not expand and the shoe tree will not be a snug fit in your shoe to get the result you're looking for, which defeats the purpose of using shoe trees, haha! Again, AWESOME product. I'm very happy with my purchase and looking to buy 4-6 more! :D

My husband has been using these shoe trees for years, and they’ve truly held up beautifully. The craftsmanship is excellent. It has solid, smooth cedar that still has that clean, natural aroma even after long-term use. The adjustable split toe design fits perfectly in a variety of his dress shoes, keeping them in shape and helping prevent those unwanted creases that appear over time. They also do a great job of absorbing moisture and maintaining a fresh scent inside the shoes, which makes a noticeable difference if you wear leather often. Unlike cheaper versions we’ve tried, these haven’t warped, cracked, or lost tension, and the hardware still operates smoothly after years of daily use. It’s one of those purchases that feels old-fashioned in the best way. They're simple, effective, and made to last. Easy buy without hesitation for reliability, quality, and value. Great weight and design as well.

Ordered these in a size large for my size 9 UK (Size 10 US) oxfords and they fit very well. The spring is nice and firm which keeps pressure on the shoe upper but not overly strong which means insertion isn't too much trouble. I prefer a split toe design for the versatility of fitting multiple shoes and these definitely do a good job forming the vamp and region where the vamp and toe-box meet. Keep in mind that for more pointed toe shoes these will not fill the entirety of the toe-box but they really aren't supposed to anyway because no distress should be happening that far up the shoe. The build quality is definitely top notch as far as I can tell. The only issue I had was that the heels on both shoe trees had a bit of a pointed edge but that was easily taken care of with some fine grit sand paper. The gold nameplates are also a nice touch. These are made of legit cedar heartwood and very nicely sanded so there aren't any rough edges other than the aforementioned heel edge, however the toe and heel of these trees aren't quite as rounded as the product images (see my pics for reference). The aroma from these is pretty intoxicating and trust me you will have an urge to take a whiff every time you handle them. Overall I would give them a 4.5/5 and a thumbs up. For half the price of some big name shoe brands I don't think you can go wrong with these.

My shoe size is a 10.5 and I have very wide feet. I ordered both the Large and X-Large sizes and they have similar lengths. The XL perfectly matches my foot width and fits into all my shoes the same way my feet would. For those of you with wide feet, I recommend getting a size larger than your actual shoe size. On the product themselves, they are fantastic quality and do exactly as advertised. They will help your footwear dry out faster, remove any odors from your shoes, and they will keep your shoes at the perfect shape for you. Personally, the cedar smell gives me a headache however, its scent doesn't linger on your shoes once you remove the shoe trees. I recommend this product to anybody with footwear they want to keep in top condition.

Two pairs of shoe trees in red cedar packed in a box and wrapped in tissue paper. The shoe trees have a nice cedar smell and have split toes, so they will wedge into place depending upon the shoe width. The heel piece is shaped like a "J" to provide a place to grab when you want to remove them from your shoes. The trees come sized, so you can get the right size for your shoes. Cedar trees like these work particularly well with shoes that have a leather lining to absorb moisture and stop odors. They seem well constructed and were a good value.

These appear to be well-made. They fit as described and are easy to put in and take out. I have a set of cedar shoe trees that I bought over 30 years ago from a leading high-end retailer, and these fit as well as my older set. Time will tell how well they hold up, but for the price, I am willing to wait for many years to find out.

solid build quality and strong smell, perfect packaging

These were terrible, I have slim feet, but these were too slim, and offered no support in the top of the footbed. They were also too large, I ordered the medium, and they fit way too tight in my size 9 shoes, I was afraid I was going to ruin my shoes, trying to remove the shoe tree. The money is worth and best one fit perfectly, with not too much tension, and filled out the foot bed.

Wanted to try this as I wasn’t happy with the expensive shoe trees I ordered with my new pair of leather sneakers. The moment I opened the box I was convinced that these were cedar. And the fit is perfect. Now I know which shoe tree to order when I buy leather sneakers again.

My Stratton shoe trees arrived today....very pleased, good quality, great smell, perfect fit. For the price these were a great buy. Highly recommend
