They work but they fall off. It’s not really a big deal to put them back on.

Fit like original pads

Just meh.. Not as comfy as the originals. The replacement set does not come with an adhesive to stick the foam to the headset like the originals have. This makes the foam ear piece more loose and clumsy. My biggest complaint is the inner piece where the foam / cloth mesh are attached has a noticeable hard spot/ bump to it. The originals were smooth and felt much better. They will work for the price, but i wonder if there were better options when i originally searched (I remember seeing some that offered the adhesive on the foam). However with that, super easy to install and otherwise a good replacement if you aren’t so concerned with the details mentioned above. I will keep using them because it’s still better than the old pieces that were falling apart.

Earpads are comfortable. Easy to replace. Fit well. Good quality.
