I am always skeptical about pre-workouts because I have tried so many that make me super jittery to the point of getting light-headed and feeling like I'm going to pass out. I did get a bit jittery (drinking it over about 15 minutes), but it was MUCH less than other pre-workouts that I've tried, and over a couple weeks my body adjusted and the jitters are gone completely!I will say you definitely need to let it fully dissolve before drinking it, not just shake and drink immediately. I mix mine, then let it sit for 10 minutes before drinking it, and then one more quick shake and it seems to be a much more consistent mix. Also, and this is normally obvious but it never hurts to say again, but do not chug this unless you want to get sick while feeling like your brain is vibrating.I like the Strawberry Kiwi and Mandarin Orange flavors, the others that I've tried (Black Cherry specifically) are a bit too sugary/syrupy-tasting for me.

Ok, so I'm not big on reviews and only do them when I am blown away. I just bought what is probably my sixth or seventh tub. I have done Fruit Punch once, Artic Blue five times or so and my latest order was the Mandarin Orange.Fruit Punch wasn't terrible but not a huge fan. Artic Blue has a great flavor. The aftertaste on the Artic is sweet. I am ok on sweetness, but this flavor is a tad sharp. I usually add additional water. I stuck with Artic Blue for the simple fact that I knew the taste and didn't want to potentially waste money but venturing out to a new favor.I wanted to change it up this latest purchase and I read quite a few reviews regarding Mandarin Orange. I made the leap and it's so freaking delicious. I am shocked how great tasting it is. If anyone is on the fence with which flavor to try, I highly recommend the Mandarin Orange. This flavor will be my new staple for a post workout supplement.

This bcaa mix tastes amazing and I never get tired of drinking it. There is no gross grainy texture when drinking it and the amount you get will last quite a long time. I usually will mix it with water into a shaker bottle and shake it up then pour it over ice.

I've been lifting for around 4 years and I'm sure like most people, I went through a wide variety of post-workout products, from Pre-workouts, to protein powders, to BCAAs/post-carbs. I've tried many flavors and it was tough to find a good post-workout product that tasted good yet worked at the same time. I'm glad I came across JYM Supplements on my Facebook feed because I've heard about Stoppani and the great advice he gives for lifting and nutrition. I felt comfortable knowing that his knowledge in the fitness and supplement industry would be solid and backed up and without hesitation, bought this and the Post-Workout carbs, both in Rainbow Sherbet flavor simply because I mix the two together for my post-workout drink.Taste: 10/10....I highly recommend the Rainbow Sherbet. Yeah, it's sweet but it's not too sweet to the point where you feel like you're drinking an extremely artificial product. You may have to add a little more water if you mix one scoop of this with one scoop of the Post-Workout Carbs but in general, this might be the best tasting BCAA drink I've ever hadMixability: 10/10.....Mixes well in the Blender bottle and does not clump even when you let it sit. The directions recommend that you drink this over the course of 15-20 minutes and every time I took a sip after couple of minutes, I never saw the need to remix the drinkServing Size: Like most supplements out there, it's a typical 30 serving product and at $37.97 for the Rainbow Sherbet, it's quite reasonable given the amount of thought and science has been put into the making of this product.
