Q: I'll be receiving my order today but am giving it as a Valentines gift in 2 weeks. Can I store it at room temperature until then?

I think it would be best stored cool ~ say around 60 degrees, or cooler. I would not let it get too warm. Don't leave it in the sun. It's really a great item, very tasty and old world.

Yes for sure. Shelf life 180 days minimum.
