This is my review for Kena: Bridge of Spirits
This game is a whole lot of fun It reminds of an old adventure/platformer game from the PS2 Days back when we had Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, Ratchet & Clank and Jak and Daxter, it's rare to find a game like those nowadays, so this is definitely one of those gems. Now onto what I like most about this game, first and foremost the gameplay aspects, the combat is great and fluid and as you advance through the game you can unlock abilities to make it even better. The Boss battles are also well put together and are one of my favorite things about this game they are a good challenge and aren't super easy to take down, you will have to learn their move sets. The exploration and platforming are also really fun and well put together as well as the world building, there are a lot of collectibles to get in this game and it will keep you busy for quite some type, finally the graphics are also really top notch it makes you feel like you're in an actual Pixar Movie.Once you beat the game you will also unlock New Game+ which adds a lot of new enemy types and collectibles It will make your next playthrough feel fresh. Overall I really enjoyed this game and can't suggest it enough, for my personal score I'd give it an 9/10, if you're into adventure and platforming type games, give it a go!

Way better than any indie game has a right to be.
I honestly can't believe it's an indie game. Top notch animation and graphics. It can get a little bit framey on the cinematics, but really negligible. If you play it for a few hours, it will feel like a triple A game. The indie part only kicks in as you play longer. The game just needs more - more soundtrack, more skills, more variation on encounters, etc. I want to be clear - it does ALL of these things in an outstanding, polished manner, it just does them over and over again. With a bit more money, I feel 100% certain this team could turn out a GOTY. With these nitpicks aside, I want to emphasize what a pleasure it is to play. The Rot are beyond charming, the spirit stories have such heart, the environments are well designed and invite you to explore, and I did shed a tear or two (shaddup) at the end - it was so lovely and satisfying. All in all, this game shocked me with how good it was. Can't recommend enough.

Believe all the reviews. It's worth it!
Alright. After finally being able to buy a PS5 after more than a year, I was not sure what to buy. I'm going to be honest, I never thought about this game when the trailer was released. Most of the games that I want come out later this year but then I stumbled on this one again and said "Why not". If there is one thing I would say, it is one of the best, if not THE BEST game I have played in a long time. The soundtrack is peaceful yet stunning and elegant. The enemies come in different varieties that act differently from each other. You have a range of different actions to perform with Kena herself. My favorite is going to have to be the fact that it is not complicated at all. Gameplay is simple and not overly intense, but can provide enough challenge here and there but not want to make you break your controller(I set it to spirit guide difficult and felt like it was just right for me). You may see many people saying it looks like a Pixar film. You may agree with them based on the visuals you will encounter throughout the whole game, and they are top notch. The amount of thought and emotions that is portrayed in this game is honestly amazing to me. I had beaten the game at the time of this review and if you are looking for a nice short game to play to have fun, give this one a shot and you won't regret it. It is relaxing knowing that it is a game you can just pick up and play and not have DLC, Microtransaction, and updates shoved down your throat. My only regret is that there hasn't been a sequel announced from what I am aware of.

Indie masterpiece.
You would never think Kena was created by a small indie studio. It’s incredible. The length is perfect. The difficulty is perfect. And the storytelling is perfect. You’ll have a good time on your journey if you decide to pick this up.

✨a beautiful master piece✨
wow!!! kena: bridge of spirits!!! at first it looks like a cute little colorful game……and then it hits you in the mouth. this was probably one of the most difficult games i have ever played in terms of the combat. i have not played demon’s souls yet, but i heard it’s really difficult and i’d bet anything some of the battles in this game will give it a run for it’s money. some of them took me quite a few tries, but i made it all the way to the end without adjusting the difficulty. ok, i did adjust the difficulty at first, but it was so easy that it took the fun out of the game completely, so i put it back right away. the feeling was rewarding and i am a better player now than i was before.i only wish the game was longer. much longer. i found myself wanting more by the time i was finished. a pretty amazing play for an indie game.it reminded me of a pixar movie or a beautiful anime kind of game.100% loved it!!! game of the year maybe? perhaps. ghost of tsushima was pretty awesome if i may say so. but this is definitely one of my favorites on the ps5 for sure!!!absolutely stunning!!!!😁
