I have zero complaints about this heating pad. The materials is dark blue and soft. I have had others that showed the dirt rapidly - so this is better. The long straps will reach around, so you can tie it, such as on your shoulders. That is convenient for it staying in place, even if I get up and walk. The heat is very good with the microwave 2 1/2 minutes. It seems to be sewn well, the seams appear sturdy. The size and weight is fine. Covers my shoulders and neck. I like the attached piece that goes up on my neck as the bigger portion rests on my shoulders. Very nice!

It fits around any part of my body and I am a bigger lady. I didn't notice how it says.You only should microwave it for 3 minutes it Needs a little longer.Maybe my microwave is just not as strong. Super soft too. Great for aches or menstrual cramps, It holds heat for quite some time. The quality of the fabric is wonderful. It can smell a bit depending on what you have microwaved prior, So my recommendation is to use a little bit of vinegar and microwave that in a bowl to get the food odors out before putting that in there. But I didn't notice any of the food smells lingering in the material. Is great value for money

Very pleased with this purchase. This heating pad is easy and safe and it helps yo addresss aches and pains. It’s great that it’s safe to go ti sleep with it and not worry about turning anything off The belt is a great addition so that you can walk around with it on.

I bought this because I remembered how I looked forward to that heating pad at the end of a physical therapy session. I already have an electric heating pad, but it's not really safe to use at night, when I might want it the most. Plus, I hate feeling stuck to a cord and having to stay in one position.I'm wearing it now as I type, so I am one happy lady! It did take a good 3 minutes in my little microwave, but that's OK. It was worth the wait! I already was forewarned that the heat isn't lasting, but I don't plan on wearing it all day! But if I want to wear it longer, it's no big deal to pop it back in the microwave.I love the cozy fluffy cover too. I chose the blue and I'm so happy! Thank you, and my lower back thanks you!EDIT July 24, 2025: I'm addicted! Where have you been all my life? BTW: It said to put it on a plate, but then I figured out that was unnecessary since I have a carousel. Derp! Not sure how this would work in a tiny microwave, and I have to fold mine in 3's. No problem! Did I mention I'm in love? LOL

What a lifesaver. What a bummer. I have to spend half my life lying around on this thing, but how grateful I am that it’s so serviceable, comfortable, and effective. It heats up easily in the microwave. The ties are long enough to tie a sturdy bow knot to keep it in place. The texture is thick and velvety, which helps to hold it in place.

I was so looking forward to receiving this. I already had a couple of microwaveable heating pads for my lower back pain but this looked attractive with the tie to keep it in place and the velvety fabric and the warm gray color. It’s not bad but I didn’t expect the smell. It smells like plants. I guess it’s the smell of the flaxseeds. I thought that it may go away with time but it didn’t and I missed the window to return. It’s sitting by my bed and I went back to my old heating pads.

I do not write many reviews, but I had to for this product! This is the best heat wrap I have ever used. Over 20+ years I have been given heat packs from physical therapists and chiropractors and purchased many of my own - this one beats them all hands down. I microwave it a bit more than the instructions suggest because I like it HOT. This wrap retains heat really well. The outside is super soft and the ties let me secure it in place so I can be "hands free". I am an elementary school teacher and I have even worn this wrap while teaching a class of 28. The moist heat is very soothing. The design is impeccable! I have used this wrap for my neck, shoulder, arthritis in my hip and knee, and menstrual cramps. I will be buying another wrap so I can keep one at work and one at home. I have even bought this wrap as a gift for a friend. I highly recommend!!

I bought this because of the long straps and extra coverage so that I could use on either upper or lower back and wrap securely into place.The product came, and I was impressed by the large size and super soft covering. Straps are soft and very nice.However, I only used this product a few times and followed the heating directions each time, but after less than one week, I heated it up and smelled burned when I got it out of the microwave. There were no burn marks or anything on the outside—just a terrible burned popcorn smell. Now, it is useless!Similar products I have had from Thermalon and Bed Buddy have lasted MUCH longer.I do not recommend this product. I was willing to try it and hoped for the best but got less than desired results.
