If your looking for something sweet and chewy, this is that pastry. It has a soft strawberry filling and powdered sugar on the outside. Goes great on a rainy day with a nice movie.

I have ordered a lot of the mochi sweet rice cakes in different flavors and have always been very satisfied with the value for the money, the taste of the product and overall satisfaction. I was not able to pull the mochi out of the clear packaging as they were slimy and wet on the inside of the package which made it very difficult opening the packaging to get the product out of the wrapper. This is the first time something like this has happened with the mochi rice cakes and I felt it was important enough to write this review.

Loved the soft pillow like texture and the flavor was spot on. I really liked them...will try other flavors. Very happy with product.

I love mochi! I love it so much, that I buy it anytime I can and even make it at home. This mochi came recommended by a friend so I wanted to try it since we didn't have it where I live. I got it within a week and upon opening it, this mochi looked like it had been sitting out in the elements for some time. It was harder than most packaged daifuku mochi and the taste was just ok. Nothing worth paying that much for. I can get a similar package where I live for $3.99, but fresher, if that makes sense. Sorry, not thrilled with this purchase and won't be buying it again.

The flavor and texture are amazing

I got 2 flavors from this brand and there was something wrong with the strawberry flavored ones. They had some moisture in the package, and when I opened them they had a strange vinegar like smell. I tried a small bite and the outside tasted normal but the filling had a weird, unpleasant taste to it. Definitely won't try this flavor again.The banana flavor was decent, a little bland for my liking but wasn't bad. This package appeared normal with dry powder and no strange smell. Overall it was a decent buy.
