The Antique Sage is very soft and it looks really classy. Even my husband commented on the softness, and he never comments on things like that. The sage color in the rug is very subtle, just an accent. It is definitely not a green rug which was what I was worried about. It has a faded look and goes well in my living room. Laid flat as soon as I took it out the packaging. I think it is great value for the money. A great buy!

I’ve been looking forever for a neutral rug with just a touch of color and this fits the bill. It’s also super soft and great quality.

This rug exceeds my expectations, especially since I ordered online without seeing or touching it in person! It is beautiful and soft, but not so soft that it’s slippery. This rug is the perfect texture! (so many rugs now are so soft they are slippery!). I would absolutely order another rug from this company!

So soft I love it and great quality for price

The rug has an absolutely beautiful pattern, is soft, and looks nice in my living room… However, it’s definitely not the color I was expecting. I ordered the Antique/Sage and it barely has any green tone if any at all. It definitely has more of a brown, tan, black vibe (to the point I’m thinking I may have been sent the wrong one) I have a lot of green throughout my house and try to carry it into each room and was a little disappointed that it didn’t have the green tone I expected. It also came folded vs rolled which left a lot of creases. I’ve had it out for a couple of days now and hopeful that they will flatten out. I was tempted to send the rug back due to these few things but decided I didn’t want to mess with the hassle and give it a try. I don’t think it’s going to hold up for the long run though. I’ll try to remember to update as time goes on.

Just opened from the package and it looks great! I bought though amazons “used but good” warehouse- stated it had small cosmetic damage (and maybe I’m blind) but it looks brand new to me! It was over 50% off just for the package to have been opened one previous time. Couldn’t recommend more! Also it is so so so soft under the feet. definitely need to get a rug pad with it though it slides around a lot.

The 4 star rating is because this rug is a great value for the price, but buying a rug based on a picture and description is always a risky endeavor as you never really know if what will arrive on your doorstep will look like the picture or something entirely different. This rug is a great example. There are some great things about this rug, including the price, but buyers should be aware of a few things too.Color: While the pictures presented a slightly faded, vintage appearance, the rug is actually quite vibrant. It even has hints of pink, yellow and green in it that you cannot really see in the pictures, giving it a more whimsical feel than vintage. I personally love it for my space, but it was unexpected, and is not something that will necessarily have universal appeal.Softness: This rug is insanely soft underfoot. In fact, it feels like a thick velvet. My family loves this about it.Thickness: This is a low-pile rug, so while it is super soft, it is not thick and lacks the weight to hold it in place. You will want a rug pad underneath. You will also want carpet tape or rug grippers to hold it in place, even with a rug pad, as it slides everywhere. We have a .5 inch pad under our rug, and it still slides around without having the rug grippers on the corners/edges to hold it in place.Quality: Let's be candid. Quality rugs are expensive, even when they are on super sale. This rug is not expensive as rugs go, even when it's not on sale, so buyers should be realistic about their expectations when buying a less expensive rug. The design is printed onto the surface of the rug, so the colors do not necessarily penetrate through to the bottom of the pile. This is not readily noticeable, but buyers should be aware. That said, we've had this rug a couple of months now in a high-traffic area of our home, and it appears to be durable. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality given the price of the rug.Cleaning: We haven't had any spills to clean up yet, but the rug vacuums well. Our dog is an overachieving shedder, and I've enjoyed the fact that this rug does not hold onto dog hair the way our old wool rug did. Vacuuming it (with the beater bars on the highest setting) is easy, breezy.If you are realistic about what you should expect given the price of the rug, this rug is a great buy. Overall, Loloi has made having a beautiful rug accessible for normal people with normal incomes with this rug.
