Lovely feature lamp
The lamp arrived promptly. It was very well packaged. It is pleasingly heavy and therefore stable on its base. I ordered one of the 'cool' bulbs as well which works well. It makes a lovely feature light, but would not be light enough to use as a main source of light for reading etc. Really pleased with the purchase.

Beautiful lamp
The lamp really is gorgeous, the delivery was quick and well worth the money. It’s less blue than anticipated but I think it’s down to the bulb used. Helpful and quick replies from the seller :)

It's a very nice lamp, very pretty, different to the dragon fly design, quite small, very well made, the colour isn't as rich as the photo which is a bit disappointing but it still looks nice, maybe a less bright bulb would be better?

Good ‘old fashioned’ customer service
I am delighted with this lamp. The one I ordered originally was out of stock but the seller phoned me to apologise and to suggest alternatives at no extra cost. He then fast tracked the delivery so it arrived on the originally promised date. That’s what I call service. Great product and great support.
