Theey are pills you eat them supposed to balance you out but couldnt tell , basically they should work but you wont feel anything but your mood may balance out...these are good pills if u wanna get ripped one drop under the tounge of a 100 dollar bottle of s.a.r.ms

I didn't want to give this a 1 star just because I had some weird issues with it. I have never taken it before and when I looked up some of the side effects sure enough I was one of the lucky ones that just happened to experience them (slight depression, irritation and agitated, a little nauseous and just didn't feel right). I thought this would go good with the DHEA I've been taking as that was a life changer and I now can get through the day with so much more motivation, drive, and energy. But this didn't pan out for me. Oh well, as they say, if it ain't broke don't fix it

* Update * - If you have liver issues, this can possibly cause more damage to it. Make sure to research on the internet before taking this, if you indeed have liver issues. Debating/researching what brand to buy? I did the same for many,many days on supplements. Read below! I love that Nutricost tests all their products. You can literally contact them, with the LOT# on the bottle and they will send you test results. Why is that important? Many companies for one do not provide tests results if asked, you will usually get ignored or receive a generic response. It is also important because a lot of supplements can have heavy metals/contaminates in them and there is no warning of this. An example would be, almost all Ceylon Cinnamon across the world will have some type of contaimenants no matter what. I purchased some from Nutricost, contacted them about what tests have been done, they asked for the LOT# on the bottle and I received the test results the next day. The tests showed all levels of contaimenants were VERY low / in the range we're the body will not be effected. Many spices have contaimenants so keep that in mind! We tend to cook with them and have no idea. Make sure to look up Third Party Heavy Metal Spice test results, you will find a few lists of which brands are okay to buy. I’m unsure how to rate this product because it’s definitely effective as it triggered me to have a menstrual cycle after none in 11 months. Given that side effect, I highly recommend individuals discuss usage with their provider before taking.
