Great product

I've only been taking it for a couple of days so far, but here are my thoughts. Its a bit gummy for a gummy vitamin and tends to get stuck in my teeth, so I take it with a glass of water. The flavor is generic blueberry. I noticed a difference the first day. I'm still not sure if the effect is psychosomatic or not. I did not sleep longer, but I did feel more refreshed after sleeping. I seem to be more alert, while at the same time less stressed. I am taking one gummy in the morning, then one in the evening. I also noticed that my urge to eat late at night seems to be lowered. Again, I've only been taking these for 2 days, so not sure if these are real effects yet, but cautiously optimistic. Edit: I've now been taking these for about a month. One in the morning, one in afternoon. There is a definite, significant difference in my moods. I work in a very high stress job and this definitely takes the edge off. I've lost about 6 pounds as I am not eating at much during meals, and not eating as much late at night. Just ordered my second bottle, worth every penny in my opinion!

There are absolutely no dislikes for this gummy. My 9 year old son loves the flavor and helps with his concentration since he struggles with ADD. It calms him but doesn’t make him drowsy. I only give it to him in the morning and have not given it to him at night so don’t know if it helps with sleep. My husband who does not have ADD but has anxiety/high level of stress has taken them and he loves them as well to calm himself. Hope this helps. We love them and would highly recommend them.

Really happy with this! It works well, feels like good quality, and is exactly what I needed. Definitely something I’d buy again.

These taste good. Draw backs are that the gummies do tend to clump together and stick to the bottom of the bottle. I can’t attest to potency since I am under incredible stress, but I’m not stopping to find out if things would be even worse without them.

A nurse recommended this to me for aiding in sleep. While it does not act like a sleeping potion, it does help me sleep better, or at least fall back to sleep easier when I wake.

Calms you

Well this is a good tasting product, I did not notice any change in my mood or sleep pattern. I bought these to help me sleep and improve mood stability, but unfortunately, I do not see any difference. I have been taking them consistently for a month.
