Thought it didn't work at first. Use the measuring cup for water. If you put too much water in it doesn't work correctly. I put too much in at first and there was no mist. Removed the extra water and it works perfect. Love it! You only need a few drops of essential oil added to water and it puts off a nice scent.

I purchased this for our son's room, he had been having nose bleeds and the doctor it would be a good idea. I was using a warm mist vaporizer, but it was just to bulky to be in his room all the time. Not to mention the steam coming out of it all the time. So, that was a no.I was scrolling through the list of Diffusers and I found this one. I liked the way it looks like there is a mini fountain in the middle where the water comes up. The lights are a plus because then he can pick what ever color.It is very simple to set up, it has a small cup to fill it with and there is a line so you don't over fill it. Soon as you turn it on it lights right up and it starts working. I put a few drop of Lavender essential oil in it also for the evening, to set the room for relaxation and sleep. He has been using it daily and I haven't had any problems with it. Item is as described, no problems with it, a quality product.

Like the automatic turn off and the different types of colors in the lights. Humidifier stop working. As much as I like this it didn't last.

I bought this unit for my bedroom. The set-up is very easy. There are water level markers on the measuring cup, not on the unit water tank so use the measuring cup to add water. It's ultra sound technology, so very quite when running. Very beautiful colors when set on auto changing mode. I love it. I can enjoy delighted smell without any noise.

This diffuser turned for the worse. I had to exchange the 1st one due to cracking of the spout, I got a replacement and now,just like others have mentioned as of recent, the diffuser (mechanism) has stopped working. I tried several times in a 3 day timeframe to start the diffuser but to of no avail, it makes a double-beeping sound to shut off. It maybe a (permanent) safety shutoff feature. The reservoir had a full fill of water and still it shuts down. I'm looking for another type of of diffuser. Now I have to return it-again. It's unfortunate. I liked the thing...🥺😟😔

I like the transparent water tank. It's so pretty with the lights on. The size is perfect for my home office. With the auto-shutoff, I don't have to worry about it running out of the water. Great product!

Purchased 2 of these. One for bedroom, one for bathroom. The one in the bedroom is working fine, but the other one "died" after just a couple months light usage. One "problem" is you need to make sure after each use to empty and wipe out the reservoir. It will retain a portion of water that must be emptied out, and it needs to be wiped down inside the reservoir as the oil will accumulate. It does a very good job of defusing the oil scents in a large room, so may want to limit the amount of oil to small quantities to prevent overpowering scents.

Love this product! Easy to use and clean. Turns off automatically. Bought a second one.
